QUARTERLY EXAMINATIONS
-
Quarterly Examinations should be taken according to schedule.
-
Examination permits are required for all Quarterly Examinations.
-
Special Examinations are administered after the Regular Examination Week only upon presentation of a valid excuse letter from parents/guardians. The letter must contain the reason(s) for the student's failure to take the Regular Quarterly Examinations. If the said failure is due to illness, a medical or doctor's certificate must be attached to the excuse letter. An appropriate fee per examination missed will be charged to the student.
