QUARTERLY EXAMINATIONS

  1. Quarterly Examinations should be taken according to schedule.
  2. Examination permits are required for all Quarterly Examinations.
  3. Special Examinations are administered after the Regular Examination Week only upon presentation of a valid excuse letter from parents/guardians. The letter must contain the reason(s) for the student's failure to take the Regular Quarterly Examinations. If the said failure is due to illness, a medical or doctor's certificate must be attached to the excuse letter. An appropriate fee per examination missed will be charged to the student.
  4. Students who take a special examination in any subject may be disqualified from receiving a Quarterly Academic Award.
