  1. Parent Notification Report - A Parent Notification Report is a document that serves to notify parents/guardians of their child's unsatisfactory performance is a given subject (or subjects) before quarterly examinations are administered. This report is prepared and sent to the aprent/guarding as an indication that the chid must be given further guidance and assistance in his/her studies to mSeet the standards of performance/assessment for the quarter.
  2. Quarterly Examination Results - The quarterly examination papers cannot be brought home. However they are shown to the students. The parents/guardians are informed of the raw scores their child got in the examinations through the Student's Handbook. The parents/guardians may request to see the examination papers of their child, especially if there are questions regarding their child's grades. This must be done in school through the Principal's Office.
  3. Report Cards - A quarterly report on the scholastic standing and character development of each is issued to the parents/guardians only at the end of every grading period. The report card is intended to give the student and his/her parents/guradians, an idea on how well or how poorly he/she has performed.
