ACCESS TO CAMPUS GROUNDS

Generally parents or guardians who come to fetch their children must be at the gate where the school guard is stationed. No one is allowed to fetch his/her child/ren directly from the classroom. Only for serious reasons and after consultation with the Principal with a special pass issued for that purpose.

In the event that a parent or guardian has been issued a Fetcher's ID, s/he will be granted access to the authorized areas within the campus ONLY DURING DISMISSAL TIME. For security reasons, no one will be allowed to stay inside the waiting areas during class hours and lunch break. We encourage independence for our young students. Therefore, the responsibility of making sure that they eat  properly should be left to their teachers.

Parents who wish to consult with the faculty and/or principal should comply with the rules Independent Consultation as previously described  in the earlier section.

Parents who need to bring their child home during class hours have to secure a Early Departure Pass from the Guidance and Counseling Center.

All campus rules and regulations on students will also be enforced on the Fetcher. Any violation thereof will result in the revocation of his/her Fetcher's ID.

The Fetcher's ID may be secured  at the Accounting Office

A strict dress code on visitors will strictly be enforced. Individuals wearing slippers, sandos, revealing and/or other similar inappropriate clothing will not be allowed to enter the campus.
