ALUMNI HOMECOMING 2007

The school's celebration of its 2oth anniversary will culminate in its
1st Grand Alumni Homecoming scheduled this December 15, 2007. The
title of the event has been dubbed "Balik Tanaw 07". The objectives
for this activity are as follows;

1. To re-establish contact with all alumni and update the school's
alumni database
2. To officially set up the official alumni association of the
school that will create a bridge of cooperation and understanding
among all alumni whose end goal is to help make a lasting contribution
to their alma mater.
3. To raise funds for ongoing projects of the school .

This dinner fundraiser will start at 7pm in the evening and expected
to end in the wee hours of the morning (todo inuman blues!). A short
program will follow the dinner that will culminate in the nomination
and election of the first batch of Alumni Association Officers.

We guarantee a festive atmosphere as all activities will be held in
the school triangle. A registration fee of P150 will be charged at the
gate. Pre-registration is highly encouraged as this will allow us to
estimate the number of guests and ensure seating. Those who wish to
pre-register will just need to pay P100 at the accounting office or
make a deposit at our designated BPI current account (3055-3876-63) by
December 7, 2007
. Please do not forget to bring your receipt or
deposit slip and present it at the gate (email us immediately once
deposit has been made) . The registration fee will cover one drink
(beer, juice or softdrink), associated expenses for the evening and
your donation to the school.

Food and additional drinks will be sold at a venue at a very
reasonable price (Food concession slots are still available as of this
writing 10/18/07). To ensure adequate flow of drinks and food, batches
are encouraged to make advance reservations by emailing the
administrator@ cssm.edu. ph. Reservations for beer kegs, litson baboy
and litson baka are being accepted. These must be paid prior to the event.

Batches who also wish to be part of the program must seek permission
through the above mentioned email. Band presentations, dance numbers
or group singing presentations are highly desired.
