Congratulations to Rocky M Chumacera for passing the May 2022 Civil Engineering Board Exams conducted by the Professional Regulatory Commission. Rocky was an alumnus of CSSM batch of 2014. He completed is degree from the University of Santo Tomas. 2022 is indeed a good year for the Chumaceras as Rocky is also joined by his sister who also just received her Bachelor's Degree with honors.
